Service 1st – Making The Connection The newest addition to the Service Excellence family of programs! This 4 hour interactive program examines our relationships with customers and guests and encourages all participants to "make the connection" which will lead to enhanced bottom lines, better service experiences for the guest and an increased pride in service. The program references the Tourism 1st Vision and encourages participants to contribute to the realization of the Vision through their service opportunities. The key learning outcomes of Service 1st – Making the Connection are: - Development of enhanced communication and problem solving skills.
- Understand how teamwork and cooperation better serve the guest’s needs.
- Enhanced product knowledge of local Tourism & service providers.
- Understanding how to close the sale.
