Welcome to the 2008 Spring Edition of Professionally Speaking
To most people, Spring means new beginnings and a fresh start. With that in mind, this edition of Professionally Speaking offers some innovative opportunities related to training, coaching and current human resource trends.

This issue features articles offering new insight into exit interview analytics and mentoring styles.

Come celebrate with us as we honour our Certified Tourism Professionals at the 13th Annual Recognition of Excellence Dinner on May 14.

TIANS members will gather for the Annual General Meeting on May 22 and 23 in Liscomb, NS.

Our workshop selection continues to develop, as we strive to meet Industry needs. This Spring we are pleased to offer new sessions focused on technology and the international visitor.

Take the time during this season. As the earth renews itself, so should you. Plant the seed...invest in development opportunities for yourself and your team and reap the rewards.

Enjoy the read!
